All of our products are handmade with love just for you! Your happiness is what is important to us. If there is anything we can do to improve we would greatly like to know.

Shipping

 **Beauté By Zoë is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages** 

 

All of our products are handmade and I ask that you have patience while your order is being fulfilled.

 

All products will be shipped out once processed. 

 

The processing time is 3-7 business days not including weekends and holidays.

Please be sure to enter your address correctly including any unit, apartment, or suite numbers as we are not responsible for any lost packages. 

Returns and Exchanges

 

 

All Sales are Final.

 

Due to sanitary reasons, there are no returns/ exchanges. Please be vigilant and aware of what you order! 

 

Melting Body Butter

Please be aware that there is a possibility of body butters melting during transit. We do not control the weather but we will do everything possible to reduce the possibility of this happening.
